I know i havent been updating much. Over at Lj and blogger. Blogger has really been giving me a big big headache. Really feeling the urge now to bloggggggg and only because i chanced upon this beautiful rendition played on the piano and cello.

Too awesome to miss and i would love to look/read back on past entries from time to time.

Listening to this makes me wanna take my violin from its dusty cover and start playing. Goes the same for my piano. It's been left untouched for years.

Just a mini mini collection.
2 lovely shoes. I kept one of each for myself. :)
I lovelovelove the Netted Suede Sandals, Soft and comfortable.
I have been quite particular with comfortable footwear lately. Been wearing only Gojane, Ninewest, haivanas, Melissa but these shoes below dont give me the bites or sore! Awesome...

There was no French restuarant & no picnic @ Bontanic Gardens. haha... It was just dinner in town @ Coffee Club.
Why? Only because we were lazy to prepare the picnic food, decided to head to town but only reached there at 6pm but we wanted to shop so no fancy dinner, just a cozy simple affair at Coffee Club. I had Garlic Prawn Pasta & Ice Earl Vanilla while Neeky Boms had some kinda seafood stew & Lychee Soda with Vanilla.

Ive been feeling really exhausted lately. Think leaving home in the morning and returning home past midnight.
Been busy meeting up with v.v close friends, spending time with Neeky Boms, SUPER busy with Built By Stacy. Now that school has started for 3 weeks, ive been even busier. Not that im complaining about my life... everything's perfect.

Have been meeting the girls so often these days and its great. Lovin every moment with them.

Did a photoshoot with Yvette this morning. I must say that i lovelovelove the upcoming collection, i think im keeping a couple of pieces for myself. :P Below is a preview of this week's collection.

So anyway, tomorrow is my 14th monthsary with Neeky and we will be going to Jim Thompson (again), Botanic Gardens, or some french restaurant for dinner. More likely to be picnic @ Botanic Gardens... We are desperate to save money. haha

In 2008, Irregular Choice was only available at Soon Lee - Haji Lane but they recently opened their webstore with a whooping collection of new shoes. lovelovelove their out-of-this-world designs. Family and friends would know how much of a shoe fan i am. Massimo dutti, Melissa, Timberland boots, Topshop & Nine West. Currently, my most comfortable heels are from Massimo Dutti and it does not hurt one bit. I can even run in those despite being 4inches high. haha...

So back to IC, im tempted to purchase a pair of wedge. Check out a couple of my favourites.

Kang has since been away from home since last Friday. goodness gracious me... i cannot imagine life in the army. lights off at 2230, wake up call at 0530. That's tough. not sure if he can hang in there without sleeping on a queen sized bed in his cozy room, without the air condition, without a computer to use before bed and without mum's cooking.

I miss my brother.

Because i was bored last night before watching Prison Break, i surfed ASOS and got these for myself. I had enough orders thus, no spree this time. Talking about sprees.... been so busy with Built By Stacy that i did not bother checking out the US retail stores for 2 months.

Shipping for the above cost £25.13. I CANNOT wait to receive my Jewelled Net Fascinator!!! Saw a similar head accesory at PER city, wanted to get it but figured that it will get crushed in my baggage so for now, ASOS will deliver it over :)

Off to watch Prison Break before sleeping. I feel like a zombie sleeping at 3am and waking up at 8am.

New collection will be launch at the flea and online on monday at 12 noon!!!

There was only 1 update in June because Me and Nic were on several holidays and we were probably only in Spore for a good 10 days. In the upcoming collection, we brought in imported cardigans and chucky weave bangles and tie back dresses! I love the weave bangles best :)

BBS aside, last night was great. Met up with the Jo Feli Beng Crys Cheryl Am and Wayne for steamboat dinner at my place. Shawn Bob Sophia Heng Yvette came down for drinks with my bro. If any of you girls are reading this... I CANNOT WAIT TO GET MY GEL NAILS DONE!!! and before Beng leaves again, lets do pizza at my place :)

I only set aside 5 mins to update this space. Been busy all week meeting up with friends, spending time with Neeky Boms doing BuiltByStacy, settling my name and shopping for labels.

Met up with Beng for shopping in town.
Town again the next day with baby. Dinner at Pepperoni Pizzeria

Indonesia was enjoyable. Not the best holiday but pleasant. The food and company was perfect. What more can i ask? 1 holiday with my close friends, another with my boyfriend's family and the last with my family and relatives in Indonesia togther with Yvette and Neek.
June was certainly good.

Sometime in July, ill be adding my English name and changing my surname to Tjoa. So instead of Chua You Min, should it be Stacy Tjoa You Min or Tjoa You Min Stacy?

FYI: Tjoa is the same as Chua. Tjoa is the dutch spelling for Chua since Indonesia was once colonised by the Dutch.

Melbourne & Perth for Gayle

For Gayle...

Criterion Hotel Perth. The location of this hotel is great. Right smack in the city centre. Located at Hay Street. Look at the picture on the 2nd row, extreme right. Good pretty decent but wait till you enter your room. The lights were dim, bed spreads were old and the worst was the shower head. There were moss growing.

On my first morning in Perth, Neeky and myself met Beng and Steven for breakfast. We had awesome fluffy pancakes over at Pancakes Parlour i think. Im not sure whats the restaurant called but i know its in a small in the city. The servings were generous and our pancake plates were overflowing with goodness! hahaha

When was the last time most of us had Dominos? Its so sad that outlets like A&W, Denny's and Dominos have all closed doors here in Singapore so since its not available here at home, everyone went gaga with Dominos, Subway (becuase it tastes so much nicer there with italian herbs and cheese bread) and Krisy Kremes. Neeky boms and myself had Dominos 8 times in 2 weeks! Crazy fellas.

Im rushing for a flight to Indonesia right now. Gayle, if you are reading this, sorry but i promise to continue this post with more info and photos on Melb & Perth.

In the last 2 days, i refurbished all the furnitures in my bedroom and heading to Jurong to change my car rims changed. After weeks of contemplating between OZ, Enkei and Advanti, Kang and myself decided on Enkei. Japanese rims and yokohama tyres for $1.4K. Im not much of a car junkie but the rims are gorgeous. Baby even said theres no i30s in Singapore that has expensive rims like mine. I have not taken pictures of my new car, will probably do so when i return from Penang next week.

On a happier note, I managed to find a grass-looking carpet for my room! Purchased it from IKEA at $99. I reckon its a good deal since my budget for the carpet was $400!!! Not to over-praise myself but i feel that ive matured so much in the last year. I managed to save and pay for my recent trip to Melbourne and Perth which cost $3000, paying for monthly handphone bills and all my personal expenses etc, most surprisingly, i even paid for the carpet. All of which my parents did not force me to. Even mummy was surprised i paid the carpet on my own accord.

Mind you, the credit card paps has given me has not been touched the whole of this year! thumbs up to me.

Ive been so busy since returning from Australia. Collection of the new car, choosing car rims, settling backorders for builtbystacy, buying stocks etc and the most exciting is.... Nic and myself are both in the midst of redesigning/upgrading the website for the better!

Its about time we get down to the real business.
